Whether your team is navigating a difficult transition, working through conflict, or trying to function better together — group coaching is built for the specific demands of collective work. That means engaging with the dynamics that already exist in the room, not around them.
I've spent nearly two decades inside organizations working through the hard parts — conflict that had been avoided too long, communication that had broken down, leadership teams that needed to find their footing together. What I know from that work: the human stuff is usually the work. Getting at it takes experience, skill, and a space where people feel safe enough to be honest.
Teams and cross-functional groups If your team is struggling with communication, working through conflict, or trying to recover trust after something difficult, this is a space to do that work together. Real facilitation that addresses what's actually going on, not a packaged program people sit through and forget.
Leadership groups If you're working on leadership development, alignment, or navigating organizational change, this is work designed to move a leadership team forward — not just each individual in it, but the group you have to function as together.
What to expect No two engagements start the same way. Before anything is designed, we spend time understanding what's actually going on — what the team needs, what's already been tried, and what a meaningful outcome would look like. Scope, format, and pacing are built from there.
Initial Session— 50€
A 45-minute conversation to meet, explore what your team is working through, any barriers you are facing and to see whether we're a good fit. We'll spend the time getting clear on where you all are and what kind of support would actually help. No commitment required.
Sessions are available in person in Lisbon or remotely.
