This is for organizations, groups, and communities that need more than programming. This is for groups that are trying to figure out how to genuinely reach people, hold space for difficult conversations, or build something with staying power.
I've worked at the intersection of human complexity and community for most of my career — in violence prevention coalitions, organizational change work, and peer support spaces. Community doesn't just happen because you put people in a room. It takes intentional facilitation and a real understanding of who's in that room and what they're carrying.
Community-building workshops fit situations where a group needs more than information — they need facilitation that helps them actually hear each other, find common ground, or get clear on how to serve the community they're working with. Nonprofits, parenting/school groups, peer networks, fitness studios and community coalitions have all brought this work to their communities.
Every workshop is designed in conversation with you — starting with who your community is, what they need, and what a meaningful outcome looks like. From there, I build a facilitation process around those goals. Workshops can be a single session or a series, and are available in person in Lisbon, on-site for your team, or remotely.
A 45-minute conversation to meet, explore what you're looking for, and see whether we're a good fit to collaborate. We'll spend the time getting clear on goals you have, needs you are facing and what kind of workshop would work best for your community. No commitment required.
